THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO A REFUND; 1) We take all precautions possible to make sure your merchandise is received in good condition. Our office must be notified within 3 working days upon receipt of any damaged or incorrectly shipped product for a refund or replacement. In case of damage, DO NOT dispose of packing materials in case the carrier requires inspection. 2) Since the candles are insured by the carrier they must be returned in the "original" packing materials, like you received them. (carriers have guidelines as to how the candles are packaged for shipping) If the candles arrive at The Shadows Studio damaged due to negligence in the packaging and the carrier will not honor the claim you will receive their denial paperwork and be charged the full amount. 3) If the merchandise is returned in unresalable condition due to the negligence of the customer and not the carrier you will be charged a "restocking" fee of 25% of the candle price plus shipping. 4) The Shadows Studio reserves the right on larger diameter candles of a "pour variance" of + or - 1/4" either shorter or taller on the candle height. 5)The Shadows Studio does "custom" candles for our clients and there is a box for "Special Instructions" and ways to contact us if there is a variation in what you want. Please, take a minute to add these instructions. 6)If you order a "custom" candle with your choice of fragrance and color then decide you "just don't like or want" the candle for "whatever reason" you are responsible for shipping costs back to Shadows and a 25% "restocking" fee. All "custom" candles ordered are special orders and cannot be resold "as is". Again, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your candles. If the candle has in any way been used ie; lit or burned it is nonrefundable. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. The Shadows Studio reserves the right to change prices and add coupons or other discounts at any time without prior notification to customers purchasing products from this web-site. The Shadows Studio reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Pour and delivery time***Depending on what you order (Size of the candle/s and quantity) *** All of Shadows candles are hand-poured when the order is received so from the time the order is received to the day it ships is typically 2 to 7 days***(Depending on where you're located) The ship time from our studio to your door is 2 to 5 days.
